5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY- A couple days ago, on Nov. 13, we had our 5th Anniversary for being married. November 14, was Eric's 5th Anniversary for having his quadruple bypass. ERIC NOW- Eric had his surgery to put the tubes in his stomach and now has begun doing home dialysis. He is doing it 4 times a day until he goes on the machine at night. Sometime this week he will have a small surgery to take the tubes out of his chest, then he will only have the tubes in his stomach. This will allow him to finally bathe himself. Which he has not been able to do since May. Eric’s Eyes- Eric is scheduled for a surgery on Dec. 3 for his eyes. He will have to stay laying face down for 1 week after the surgery. He has a whole in his emacula which they will be putting a gas bubble in, and it will fill the whole. Also we were told he has the beginning stages of cataracts. This may need to be fixed in surgery foir the emacula, or after. They will not know until they go in for surgery. |
